Tree Plantation Team Mahavan just don't plant trees rather we grow them. Juliflora is common and serious problem in India, so we also work on eradication of Juliflora, erection of fencing (if needed) and grow trees.

Har Ghar Van Mahavan(HGVM) - A social movement started in 2018 with the concept of earning livelihood for our future and also for the sustainable environment having pure and fresh air. Fruits and useful trees are given to everyone at Gram Panchayat level to create their(people) own tiny forest in the backyard and get organic food for them.
So far 5000 fruit and useful saplings are given to 11 villages in Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh as a pilot project and have been successful. We request you to come forward to contribute in this nobel initiative

Miyawaki Forests - It is the right solution to bring back the lost greenery. It is 10 times faster and helps to create 50 times more denser plantation than normal conditions. This type of small forests are also called lungs of the city and act as carbon sink. We create native forests with the help of corporates, govt/private bodies and community/individual in rural/urban areas. Please donate to create a new small forest.

Farmers - Farmers are the backbone of every country but the condition of farmers in India is pathetic and miserable. So we plant fruits and useful trees with farmers for their side income and other agro- forestry benifits. Our aim is to increase the agro-forestry percentage in GDP. We also encourage farmers for organic and multilayer farming to improve soil health and availability of organic seeds to lower the expense and risk of chemical farming . So please donate funds to the farmers to plant fruits and useful trees.

Water conservation - Each of us depends on water to survive and it's our responsibility to keep our sources pure and safe for our future generations. Team Mahavan try to rejuvenate dead water resources. We learn and adopt every method to conserve water according to the area to minimise the effect of drought and water shortage. We do heavy plantation around water bodies for biodiversity. Water conservation also helps to preserve our environment.

Schools - Students are the ambassador for our Green future. So we educate them through workshops about environmental conservation, agro-forestry and also prepare native nursery with the help of students at schools. With their active participation we propagate saplings/seeds and do plantation in schools as well as in their community. We also give knowledge about wildlife and food cultivation to improve better nutrition value to increase diverse variety of food inputs.

Campaign - We raise specific issues that are needed to be addressed/highlighted. Team Mahavan create awareness with their ground effort with the solution for mass participation on those issues.
